At Embellish Designer Jewelry we do our best to have the items on our website available for purchase. Sometimes due to the fact that all our items are handcrafted this is not always possible. We do our best to update our website when an item is sold and becomes available through special order only. A great deal of care and refinement is placed on designing and crafting that special piece just for you.

This is your personal and very unique item or items. During production of the final piece, there may also be subtle variations in detail and finish and delivery times can be unpredictable. Due to this fact it is with careful consideration we place in gemstone selection and craftsmanship, please allow up to 8 to 10 weeks for special order production. Upon placing your order we will notify you via email and relay updates to you with a scheduled delivery date. You may cancel an order within 48 hours by contacting us or check order status via email at jw@embellish1.com. You may also call 415-410-4217 or 415-656-1524. Return Policy
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped to us undamaged and in the original package via Insured Mail. We will credit your account minus shipping charges. NOTE: C.O.D. DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

No shipping charge on orders over $300 via UPS.

Shipments Only to: Alaska and Hawaii $36.00.
